About Everoxus
Like a lot of people, I came across the trend of building a Pinterest-to-Amazon affiliate site — the ability to make extra income on the side. I decided to actually try it...
I'll be upfront: I don't personally own a dog, and I haven't tested the products on this site myself. My own experience with dogs comes from growing up on a farm running up to 500 sheep, where there were always at least two or three working dogs on hand. If you're looking for someone's personal product-testing diary, this isn't that site.
What I do instead is the legwork most people don't have time for: going through Amazon's dog product listings and filtering out the noise. Every product on this site has to clear two bars before it earns a spot — at least 4.4 stars, and at least 1,000 reviews.
That second number matters as much as the first. A rating built on a handful of reviews is a much shakier estimate of real quality than one built on thousands — smaller samples are simply more easily swayed by a few unusually good or bad experiences, and far easier to influence than a rating that's held steady across a genuinely large number of buyers. Given the choice between a 5-star product with 20 reviews and a 4.5-star product with 10,000, the second is generally the safer bet — the average has been tested across far more real dogs, owners, and situations.
